In order to contribute to Swansea Council’s (‘The Council’)’s Social Services Directorate priority to increase the uptake of Direct Payments, the Council requires an effective, efficient and economical Payroll/Managed Accounts Service to work alongside the Council’s existing Direct Payment Support service. The service is to support and enable Direct Payment recipients in carrying out payroll (and associated administration services for Managed Accounts) in relation to their Direct Payment monies.
