Merseytravel is seeking a Service Provider who will be responsible for supplying the following services:
• the daily collection of Bus Stop Customer Information posters/materials from Merseytravel offices or sites as required
• the display of Customer Information posters/materials at Bus Stops/Bus Shelters and other information points in the Merseyside area, advised in the written instructions provided by Merseytravel.
• the display of Customer Information posters/materials at/within Bus Stops/Bus Shelters and other information points to pre agreed Service Quality Standards
• the monitoring/checking against written instructions of Customer Information posters/materials at/within Bus Stops/Bus Shelters and other information points throughout the Merseyside area including daily reporting of all Bus Stops/Bus Shelters and other information points display/poster frame access and any maintenance/safety issues identified.
• ensuring short notice availability of additional staff resources to address changing priorities due to ’emergency’ situations eg short notice road closures etc Bank and Public Holidays and any ad hoc requirements
• responsibility for providing each member of staff/operative with a suitable vehicle to carry out the work and relevant personal protective equipment at its own cost.
• the provision of additional staff resource at the request of Merseytravel during periods of high-volume workload.
• Ad hoc visits to Bus Stops/Bus Shelters and other information points for reasons other than installing Customer Information posters/materials for example display of information stickers, QR codes, marketing/promotional campaigns, etc.

Merseytravel displays customer information posters at approximately 6,200 bus stops, and updates posters at an average of approximately 2,400 posters per month.
