The University requires the provision of an online financial capability skills development platform for students. This platform should enable students to undertake a series of e-learning courses to develop their skills in money management and knowledge of personal finances.

The Solution may also allow for the receiving, administration and monitoring of applications to the University’s hardship funds and grants.

Please be aware that the following items are included as part of this Invitation to Tender and any potential awarded Contract resulting from this procurement:
Definite Provision – Financial Capability Package;

Optional Provision (inclusion in any final Contract in part dependent upon tendered costs received through this tendering exercise) – Funding Administration System;

together forming the ‘Solution’.

A single Contract will be awarded as a result of this procurement; the above does not represent a division into Lots.
