The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use this framework for any other business venture or industry body in which it is involved.
The Contracting Authority has a requirement to enlist the services of an executive search function in order to ensure that when vacancies arise that the necessary options are available to assist in the search and recruitment of executives to the extended leadership team.
Admission to the framework agreement does not guarantee the award of any contract to the successful tenderer and use of the framework to award contracts will be strictly at the Contracting Authority’s discretion. While it is intended to use the framework for the procurement of requirements falling within its scope during its lifetime, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct a separate competition for the procurement of any requirement.
