How does the 72-hour free trial work?
After you sign up, you will access all the features in your Simplify Tenders subscription plan for 72 hours. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with Simplify Tenders before you start paying.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Simplify Tenders is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, change or cancel at any time. Click on “Profile/Billing settings” in your account to change your plan or write us at support@simplifytenders.com.
How does the free trial work and what after that?
No card information is required during the free trial. While on trial, you will have full access to all features. After the free trial ends, you will be able to purchase a subscription plan by inputting your card information, or you can talk to our sales team and arrange an invoicing process.
What monthly/yearly billing options do I have?
With the monthly billing plan, you pay the standard monthly fee. The annual plan allows you to use the platform with a discounted price, depending on your specific plan. You can switch between the monthly and annual billing plan anytime, and the new plan will start from the end date of your current plan.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will the new users accounts be billed?
When you sign up for a paid subscription, you can add a number of users free of charge – depending on your specific plan. Please check the plans above to see how many users are included in each subscription package.
Who can access, transfer and cancel my billing information?
Only the account owner (the person that created the main account) will be able to pay, update or cancel the subscription. To transfer your account to another user, colleague or company, please contact our team support@simplifytenders.com.
After you cancel, you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
